Call Center Agents:
  • Handle incoming calls from Customers
  • Interface directly with the customers to figure out the confronted problems in order to resolve it
  • Available vacancies are in the following sub-departments (DSL, Dial up, Installation)
  • Must hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any related field.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • 0-1 year of Experience.
CSO Representatives:
  • Handle walk in customers
  • Follow-up on customer cases
  • Manage billing problems
  • Manage technical problems
  • Available vacancies are in the following sub-functions(Cashiers,Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support)
  • Must hold a Bachelor Degree
  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • 0-1 year of Experience.
Web Editor:
  • Write or edit material for publication such as articles, reports, editorials, reviews
  • Combines content with related photos.
  • Accuracy of update time for each website
  • Following each Website’s content guidelines
  • Relevant university degree
  • Fluent English or Arabic language
  • 1-3 years of Experience.
Web Designer:
  • Responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of a website.
  • Have a Combination of graphic design skills and technical knowledge of how web pages are created.
  • Design & create interfaces for use by application developers.
  • Perform updating and maintenance of the LINKonLINE Web sites.
  • Ensures that images are delivered at sufficiently high speed and quality.
  • Create promotional art work such as banners, mail shot, newsletters... etc
  • Providing technical support for product.
  • Ensuring that material on the web site is accessible to all groups including those with disabilities.
  • Follow Quality Control system.
Graphic Designer:
  • Creates graphical designs for user interface of Web sites
  • Conceptualizes the graphical interface of a company or client's e Business image for various Internet applications
  • Integrates video, animation, still images, text and audio into the graphical design of the e Business
  • Utilizes various graphical software tools and technologies to transform graphical concepts into specific electronic applications on and off-line.
  • Modifies and implements designs generated by others to ensure quality products.
  • Provides expert analysis and input on others' designs.
  • Occurs changes to product based on feedback from management and users.
